Clay Pigeon Shooting Competitions
Every Sunday are clay pigeon competitions where prize money can be won. There are competitions for all the shooting disciplines. Anyone can enter the competitions and are encouraged to do so as the entry price is only 50 pence or £1 extra than an ordinary practice (50p extra for 25 bird and £1 extra for 40 bird disciplines). However practice is still available on competition days.
Orston Shooting ground is well known for its high standard of the competitions and shooters from a wide area come to compete.
